Directions to Battenkill Real Estate from the East:

From Route 91 North, take the second Brattleboro Exit. At end of exit ramp, take a left. After a block or two, take a left onto Cedar Street (a small residential side street that bypasses downtown Brattleboro; otherwise follow signs for Route 30 through the center of town). At T intersection of Cedar Street and Route 30, take left onto Route 30. Head West thru such towns as Newfane, Townsend and Bondville. At T intersection of Route 30 and Route 11, take left onto Routes 11/30. Travel down the hill. Our office is on the right.

Directions to Battenkill Real Estate from Albany:

From Troy, New York head East on NY Route 7 which becomes VT Route 9. Bear left onto VT Route 279. In Bennington, head North on Route 7. Take exit 4, Manchester-Dorset Exit. Take Right at end of exit ramp onto Routes 11/30 Battenkill Real Estate is on the left just past Wesners Antiques and Flea Market.
